Funding Requests
- Brown, Caldwell Study - $400,000 in ARPA funding needed (Jeremy Morris)
- Beaver Marsh and chemult water feasibility study - permission to apply for grant and administer through Comm Misc Grants (Jeremy)
- $30,000 ARPA or Domestic Well admin request - Midland Well study (Jeremy)
- Steen Sports Park request, $165,000 a year for 2 years. (Immediate need is $60,000)
- SCOEDD - $100,000 for FY 2022-23 (FY 2021-22 support was $25,000)
- Human Resources - Additional $13,000 ARPA funds for onboarding software

ORS 295 and the usage of Square as a payment processor
- Square, Pay Pal and many other payment processors, do not meet the requirements of ORS 295. Museum Gift shop would like to continue using Square as a payment processor.

ARPA grant update
- Present an update (Natalie) of outreach done to Community Projects
- Funds remaining
- November application processes
- Involve Jeremy and Mike Z. in the Clean Lake Ewauna Project? and/or a consultant to advise on SIS.bio's project description.

Domestic Well Program
- Domestic Wells and tank hookups
- Reimburse PW for Jeremy and Mike Z's time working on Water issues from Domestic Well admin funds

Tourism and ED Classes
- Only require the classes once every 2 or 3 years for repeat grant recipients
